buffering issues

hi

im having buffering issues on my iptv...i bought a few of them for life...could be a reason...i have verizon fios and i use their router...ive tried other apps like movie and tv apps...i have amazon prime and it works..i test my speed and its fine...should i buy a router?....verizon says they dont throttle and i believe them cause everything mostly works except iptv...everything works fine except the iptv..i dont use a vpn so any suggestions?

Find out where your iptv is coming from, specifically, which country is the IP address coming from. A VPN may be needed that has a server in or close to that country.

Don’t believe Verizon. They lie about it. Try a vpn.

Clear cache, force stop app and reset modem once per week.

I have the exact same issue and can’t figure it out as well. Everything works fine such as Netflix’s, Prime and YT but only IPTV buffers so much it’s unwatchable.

We have verizon too and had similar issues. What I found I had to do was on the verizon fios app, I had to ‘merge’ the wifi signals/channels (it had 2 separate channels, a 5g channel and a non 5g), and that fixed our problem. The option on the app was under internet, wifi tools, analyzer.
