are you sure you want a restreamer?
restreamers take a single input and allow multiple outputs
from recollection sling boxes only broadcast a single channel at a time, not all of them at once, so you would all have to watch the same thing.
depending on how many available tuners you and bandwidth you have, tvheadend might take your slingbox inputs and give you what your looking for.
