For those of you that use STBs, or services with MAC Address and want a better tv experience.
CosmiDVR now supports MAC Address Services and will turn your Android TV device to an STB Emulator with all the features of "Live Channels" and CosmiDVR, such as rewind /pause/fwd live tv, etc.

You should make it compatibile on other devices too. Mostly on not amlogic android boxes

I just searched around the Google play store and was unable to find and test.
I get a 403 error
I tried it and it works okay I guess. Only issue that I ran into, is that I don’t have the URL for the epg my service uses, so I didn’t get any program info, only channels.
Box message said - No Android TV..? After install. Didnt work on mine because of that .. Stb Emu works ok ..
You should've promoted this sooner. I bought TiviMate yesterday and I might buy this instead of TiviMate if I know this sooner.
I have been using stbemu for months and now the portal won't load. The service is fine. Would this app fix that?

I sub to a popular MAC based IPTV service that rhymes with StalkerGUYS through both STBEMU and Kodi with Stalker addon.
I so desperately wanted Android Live Channels integration and thought I'd struck gold with CosmiDVR. No such luck, StalkerGUYs will instantly and permanently ban your MAC for even trying the app. I burned ---> 3 <--- subs trying :(
MAC/Stalker based IPTV providers need to step up their game. With millions of TV sets running Android TV on the market now, it's downright silly that they still want you to use dedicated boxes.
Tivemate is based off of Live Channels just FYI.
