Hello all.
Encountering issues with stb emu on my 4K stick. Any time I try to set up the stb profile for the portal, it just doesn't load the iptv, it's just a black screen. I've checked in my with my provider and the Mac address matches so it's nothing wrong on his end. I've tried quite a few different download links to install but all result the same. Any help is appreciated

I had this happen to me also, when ever I would load the program and then open it, it would come up and then after I put in everything it would go to a black screen. I had an older service hung up in my firestick and the only way I could get around the problem was to restore to factory! It sucked and I lost all my stuff but after I did that I loaded the program and everything worked great. No problems after that. Hope this helped
Try using Kodi. It has a built-in stalker client that you can configure and works great.
Also make sure there is a /c at the end of the url
You could also uninstall the stb app and reinstall. Stb can be fickle. Also make sure you have the latest stb version
Sounds like portal is wrong. If it was the Mac you’d get ‘ this stb is blocked’ message
What service you using?
I had that issue before and it was a portal address error... Sometimes you have to put the http:// before and sometimes you don't.. also make sure the app is updated to latest version although previous versions should still work....key thing is to make sure the address is correct
