Enigma2 boxes thru openwebif. I can stream from my box to other devices on my network thru a browser. My enigma2 box has a local IP of 192.168.0.15. From my Android phone, which is connected to my network thru wifi, I just punch in 192.168.0.15 into my browser, and I am connected to my box with all channels and epg.
Philips android tv does that out of the box.
Found something, Hellobox 8
Apparently box has wifi and you need dvbplayer running on Android/ios connected to the same network and it works.
