Help, someone, please.
I have a very reliable IPTV provider, and a very reliable Surface Pro 6 (with max performance settings on). Why is it then that the streaming on the shield is flawless, but constantly buffering on the Surface Pro?
Ive tried a few different IPTV clients on the Surface Pro, even Kodi, and its the same. Strean for a few seconds, then a 5 second buffer, repeat.
What the hell is causing this? Can someone please help?

Most likely WIFI issue. Try hard wire.
My surface pro has a tendency to get hot and throttles the gpu which causes a stutter like you describe when streaming (plex, iptv, zoom, microsoft teams, etc.). Do you have it in a case? Removing mine has resolved all of my video issues on the Surface Pro6.
Edit: I use a USB 3.0 to gigabit adapter so I was able to rule out wifi issues.

What Device Profile did you use for Bluestacks? Im having the same issue with Surface but Tivimate not showing up on Play Store under current profile. TIA
Smarters for Windows has a new version since this weekend, that should work well for your surface.
Sounds like the Surface has a shit WiFi connection.
