You account is possibly expired, or there is an issue on the dealer portal (or further up the chain).
If you have rebooted your box, and it still does the same thing, the only one that can fix it is your dealer. There are tricks that sometimes need to be done like changing the MAC address on the dealer end and changing it back.
Do you have an active subscription? Stbemu only works if your mac is activated on a service.
Doesn't stbemu pro use MAC authentication? You need to contact your provider and ask.
