I am testing a new service and I keep getting error 401. I am able to get epg so my username and password should be fine.
How can I troubleshoot this issue? Where I got service hasn't been very helpful. Says my credentials are working on his side... Could my isp be blocking me? Testing on tivimate.
Try a VPN
Reboot your device, that usually helps..

Double and triple check your logins. EPG are often not user/password enforced
So. Turns out my isp seems to be blocking the url. I can read a stream while on my cell (using VLC).
Weird thing is... I can't get it to work even if using Pia VPN app on my shield. Special settings I should try?
Wtf. Any ideas?
Update. I asked to enable VPN on my account and bingo! It wasn't activated.
But I'm going to look at a replacement for pia which is crap lately.
