If it disappeared maybe it needs to be updated. Look at some options in the player. Sometimes they go down and it takes time for the provider to fix it. Just to name a couple issues.
There are third party epgs you can get but often requires you to edit you m3u to match the case sensitive epg info.
Well many providers don't have qualify EPG, so unfortunately you might have to deal with your own like WebGrab+ plus or some payed. There are many good EPG providers for west hemisfere, channels. Regards

Once you understand how it works, it will be very easy to edit epg channels, if you dont find out how to use it, there are very good videos on YouTube.
