it will upscale anything, even 60fps, its just method used
720 or 1080/24/25/30 will do ai enhanced
720 or 1080/50/60 will do enhanced (or ai enhanced on 2019 pro)
anything lower than 720 (576, 480, etc) will do basic
quality increases with the better methods AI > Enhanced > Basic

Only the 2019 Pro model and not the tube model. It was released in the last month.
