I think your confusing with the ppl going around saying Linux based boxes ... They mean MAG , or other clones...
They are dated IMHO.
Get a formuler. Much better interface and features.. plus are android so can do much more.
They all hosted using Ubuntu server as hosting regardless stalker or xc some use xc on microsoft, often you will see them use NGINX engine.
Xtream code was shut down, community had taken Xtream code to turn it Xtream UI to make them more robust still far to go.
What are you trying to accomplish ? Most company use Redhat for their support where CentOS became more popular. Ubuntu is more known as the cancer of Linux lol
