i did here somewhere they have removed it dude. i know they removed it from android smart tvs that supported it like LG and Samsung. speak to your IPTV provider and see what they suggest . my mrs uses GSE player on hers
I still have it on my old iPhone 6s :D

See if you provider offers a web player. They Actually work pretty good and basically has the same look. I find the apps in the app store to be too confusing compared to Smarters.
I still have Smarters on my IPad, but it disappeared from the Apple Store some time ago. There are a few similar apps like Wesopro IPTV, Xtreme IPTV and 247 IPTV. GSE IPTV app as well, although there are ads unless you get the paid version.
247 IPTV Player is almost an identical replacement.
