Suggest android/windows program for cutting m3u?

Hello, Im new to this subreddit can anyone suggest me apk or windows program to cutt m3u.

Im using a SSIptv program and everytime when I load my full m3u list i got this error "Can't load media content"

No idea why i have this error, but a friend suggested me to cut my m3u list cause its too big.

  • Playlist Editor IPTV can add, delete, alphabetize and reorder individual entries, but cannot edit individual entries (can paste into new entry though).
  • Tantrum IPTV Editor can add, delete, alphabetize and edit individual entries. Cannot reorder an IPTV list.

Dedicated IPTV m3u editors are more efficient than ordinary text editors since users won't need to be concerned about keeping a two-line description intact during modifications.
