Sorry man, but I only have the most complex solution here. How about looking at it and typing it in? I'm sure the massive amount of characters won't take you more than the time it's taken to post this.

so, the average number of characters in m3u link is around 100, you can go to tinyurl site with your phone, copy paste your link there to get a shortened link with just abt 20 characters to type on your box..if that's still too complicated, well.....

Get a good keyboard for your box. It will be a breeze.

Try copying the link n email it to yourself. Then use your webmail from your browser on your android box n dbl click the link.

I use a Mi Box, I constantly copy URLs from my phone using the Android TV app. The app is made by Google specifically for controlling Android TV devices as a remote would. It allows you to use your phone as a keyboard input and to paste text.

  • Google Keep would be perfect for that task. You can use it from any browser (keep.google.com) or as a standalone Android app. Just paste the playlist link into a Google Keep note, and it will automatically sync with Google Keep on your other devices having your same Google account login. Just open the note on your TV to copy the link. Google Keep serves as a great scratchpad.
  • Both of your devices support bluetooth, so use Bluetooth Sender to make the text note transfer a no-brainer. App needs to be installed only on sender device.

Lol, it took you longer to post this than it would have taken you to type the url in your android box...
