Hi guys, for my IPTV subscription I am trying to log in but keep getting the message “invalid server url”. All log in details are correct. Any idea why this is happening? I have also used a vpn to try and log in. I am in Canada and I got relatives in Ireland to log in and it worked for them but not me.

There's your clue.
Provided you are both using the same login details, you have just proven that the service is up and running fine, and the issue is on your end.
What is most likely happening here is that your ISP is filtering IPTV URLs.
Sign up for a VPN and test it. You can set the location to, for example, Ireland as a test and it will likely be okay.
You can then start changing your VPN to closer servers to you to get the best performance while accessing your IPTV provider.
I use TorGuard myself and they are quite good, but I've heard great things about IPVanish, and I believe they offer a 7 day trial. Check it out.
Of course ive reached out already but they’re usually unresponsive over the weekend.
Contact your provider they would be the ones to help straighten that out.
