Was the EPG working and it has now stopped? If yes, it sounds like it's a problem on your provider's end. Get in touch with them, and keep refreshing the TV Guide under Tivimate settings.
Maybe your EPG link is bad. Mine work fine. Verify that your EPG link contains guide information.
