What is the most user friendly program / app I can use for IPTV? I have a Pi 4, Plex (with plex pass), Firestick, and Roku. I can also create a new server if needed, but do not have a server hooked up to my TV.

I was looking into maybe using the PI 4 as android TV? Is there an easy way to get it to work on plex? All the info I find is outdated. My provider gives me an .m3u file

The easiest and best looking is to use tivimate app which is on android TV or firestick. Plex is doable but you will need a hdhomerun emulator called xteve which needs to run on a device on your lan.
