IPTV stuttering - need advice

Setup:

- Smart TV from Samsung

- Apple TV

-IPTV app on apple tv

- 500/500 internet speed, wired to the apple tv

Problem:

Throughout the day, my screen will stutter. Audio has no issues.

For 1/10 of a second every 5-15 seconds my screen will stutter, it's watchable but not smooth.

What can this be? I'm pretty new to all of these things so I'll take anything I can.

Not much you can do. Some IPTV providers buffer, some don't. It all depends on the traffic to their servers, the channel source etc.

Sometimes it's just the provider. Some channels might work fine, but others might not. No amount of cycling off your modem/router or using a VPN will fix that

If the app has decoder options try different ones. I need to have hardware decoding checked for smooth playback.
