Yes. I have a few Apple-TV’s. They are very good for IPTV. My favorite apps are Plex, iPlayTV, IPTVX

I use GSE IPTV, and Streeme. I think it works fine.

If your provider uses MAC addresses, there is iSTB ( https://apps.apple.com/us/app/istb/id1497473331?ls=1 ) for iPhone, iPad and Apple TV.
IPTVX gives you the best layout in my opinion
There is a 4 gen apple tv 1080p only which is way cheaper. I use one with iplaytv works flawlessly.
