I am using Tivimate on a mibox s and find it excellent. Bear in mind that it is WiFi only, no network port on the box, so you will need decent WiFi, or you may need to use a usb adaptor for wired connection.
I used tivimate for 1 year. But the experience got worse. Then I tried with mx player and it was perfect. Like ISP box. So i bought iptv extreme pro app and mx player pro. I spent almost 2€ I understand that iptv extreme interface is not for everyone.
If you can get the new device form google
ChromeCast with AndroidTV “Google TV” official release is the 30th apparently but some people are grabbing them at HomeDepots early
2GB you can google all the information its all “leaked” online even videos of the interface
I bought a Mi Box S and returned it the same day. Very laggy.... Tivo 4K Stream is much better. Even the 4k Firestick seemed better than the Mi Box
I have had MiBoxS for about 2 years. It is perfect budget box. StbEmu (for IPTV) runs smooth. As long as you don't install ton of apps, it performs very good.
My sister's family has been using a Mi Box & an IPTV service for quite awhile now without problems
I have a tivimate in my box, from 2 years ago works perfect with a paid iptv list
