Frankly because satellite companies are a multi-billion dollars titans that has millions and millions of money invested into their technology platform. Along with tons data centers that can carry the needed data and then beam it to your house via their receivers/equipments.

Most iptv services run off and manage inside someone basement/house, the better and more popular services has small servers in a small data center to stay somewhat off grid. No real room to grow and expand.

Change provider, all my channels from all my providers have multi-audio tracks.
