IPTV Smarters Parental Controls on LG TV

Hi,

I have IPTV Smarters on my LG TV WebOS and was trying to set parental controls to hide some bouquets/channel groups.

However the app keep asking me to enter and confirm a pin, which I am doing, but it doesn’t go thru or gives me an option to lock the channel groups.

Any suggestion?

I know it's not really helping your current problem, but the IPTV smarters app is rubbish. You're much better off paying the money for a good box. Formuler boxes have a built in app called My TV online which is great. You don't have to clear the cache. The epg updates itself and it's much more reliable than most iptv apps.

I think smarters on smart tv does not have this option , ask your provider to do it , in my case iptv007 sent me a list with bouquets I usually watch and no adults or any 18+ contents ,
