Looking for a cheap alternative

hi all, I currently have the formuler z8 box which I'm very pleased with. However, I would like to set up another tv with IPTV, but I am looking for the cheapest alternative. I rather not spend 100+ on the secondary tv plus the cost of the service itself. Even something I can access the google play store with would be ideal since I really just need a streaming app. Would google Chromecast fit this need? If not whats a cheaper box that functions well (this is on a Roku tv) so 1080p would be fine. What about something like this android box ? What do you think?

As for the app you will use to watch IPTV: Formuler Z8 uses their own IPTV app but it looks a lot like iMPlayer https://www.reddit.com/r/iMPlayer/ or go with something better like Tivimate https://www.reddit.com/r/TiviMate/

Firestick 4K. I would wait till Amazon Prime Day sale Oct 13-14 next week, going off of last year it should go for around $25 durning that time (which is half off).

I would say try using the apps first(tivimate,.. etc) and see maybe you don't need another box
