Formuler Z8 unless you want to game on it then it's the Shield.
I recently purchased the Amazon fire cube for £79 on Amazon day. Runs everything perfectly for me.
As others have already mentioned, the shield is the best by far but it is a bit on the expensive side. There is a new device released by Google called Chromecast with Google TV that is $50 and is getting great reviews. It runs Android TV just like the shield and I think it will be the best device after the shield.
If you are just watching movies and tv shows and or iptv. They are all good! They all do the job.
