I have just installed a new service on smarters and have no series tile. Have seen things online saying to reinstall, I have tried this and still no series. The seller has shared a screenshot of his and is showing series. Any help appreciated. Thank you
I have sort of the same issue my epg isn't working in on the apk for the app but installed it on my buddy's firestick and another friends shield and works fine...its driving me nuts cause I can't figure it out
Keep reloading and you should see the series tile. I find this happens with smarters alot if the service has a crap load of content, eg, 15k channels, 40k movies and 10k tv shows. You could ask the reseller to disable categories on their end if they are able to. Also try a different app. The Shield and tivimate are a great marriage.
This is your providers issue, raise it again with them
