4 connection but I can only stream 1

So I just bought a service, its stream good but the problem is he says 4 connections but I can only stream 1 at a time. Tried 4 different internet, refreshed play list, even log out and log back in.. still if I stream on my tv, i can't stream on my phone..while if i turn off tv, stream on my phone works.

Error on screen says : UnrecognizedInputFormatException

Also, I use tivimate and iptv smarters for the players

Seller insist I have 4 connections, .. what should i do, anyone could suggest?

Cut your losses and move on to another provider.

In tivimate, check in settings > playlists > yourplaylist > xtream codes parameters and at the bottom it will show the number of connections you have. If it shows only one, take a picture and show it to your provider.

Try GSE player. Log in using xtream codes and it tells you how many connections you have.
