Guys thanks for all the info, I already have the vp ipvanish its running on invizbox 2 but its buffering which was not before I will check some settings on the router to see if that is what is causing it
I have manged to to try iptv starters pro seem to work, when watching a movie on the left hand side there is the option to change format has anyone tried this feature I select 169 and still fills the whole screen?

Tivimate on the shield, iPlayTV on the apple. Surfshark is a cheap and fast vpn, Nord is good too but more expensive.
