I’m using an IPTV service through android emulator Bluestacks due electric damage to my TV Box yesterday. Do you think that will run slower than a TV Box even that my PC is a gaming one? I also use a VPN when I’m using the service. Any answer appreciated!

I don't have any problem at all and I'm using a basic laptop. I use Smarters, XCIPTV and Tivimate on mine. I also make short tutorials on how to use those applications.
I would imagine it would run far better on a gaming PC. Have you tested it yet, what are your results?
Why don't you just try it and find out..what's the harm?
