The weird thing about this is Sky and BT were against it but the PL (19 of the 20 clubs) voted in favour of it. They thought they could fleece their own fans and ended up with pie in their face, if there's one positive around this is fans have raised over £300k in foodbank donations. This is because many fan groups have urged supporters to donate the £14.95 fee to a foodbank instead of the PPV cost.

All TV is free and streamable (Revenue from Adds)
Not pay the outrageous salaries for the talking heads if their show isn't bringing in the dough.

It’s ridiculous when other countries can pay around £150 for premier league passes and watch all the games they want. But that will never happen in the UK because of the monopoly that is sky and BT. I actually find Amazon’s coverage the best at the moment and that’s included in my prime
