If it's series option then I think I saw something that said when you pick an episode in part, it can go to continuously, I'll check later.

Just use OTT Navigator /r/OttNavigator -- it has such option and gives much better usability

Not sure if same device I use fire stick but when I pick a episode I press down it goes to continuously that just auto plays the next episode. Hope this helps
