I've seen an offer online for lifetime IPTV for a hundred euro. I know it is not my lifetime, but the product's lifetime. But, should I go for this? It is a year's payment for my current IPTV provider.

You just have to spend some time on Reddit to read the horror stories of 'reputable' sellers (usually always resellers) offering insane deals, brokering you to buy long subs or even better value their 'lifetime' deals then after they have amassed enough buyers they run for the hills. No support, no comebacks and finally no IPTV. Even the big boys of the IPTV can be brought down tomorrow so you're better off just paying monthly as you would a regular TV sub, the quality of streams and content can also vary greatly so your sub may be excellent today and meet all your needs but in a few months it may buffer daily and you're stuck. There's really no incentive for resellers once you purchase the 'lifetime' plans as they aren't going to get any more money from you. TLDR; No, monthly sub only.
$100 for a lifetime sounds like an amazing deal until you find out that services like this have a lifetime of 2 weeks if you are even that lucky. The seller of this package will likely take the first 10 subscriptions and vanish before popping up under a new name a day later.
Don't pay for any more than 1 month atca time. Many offer long terms often are trying to save their service and end up taken all the money and leaving you with out your money and no service

NO hell NO.... The most I would go is 3 months plans......And renew if service ok. Or find another provider.
Dont do it. I paid a month for a new provider. Trial was good, had the lineup i wanted. When I subbed for the month everything went to crap. Channels always down, zero communication. I was took for a ride. I felt a litttle upset over it but was glad it was only a month. Luckily in this game you always need a backup. My backup is reliable its just limited to US/CA. Im beating my head over it, but I am relieved I didnt sign up for a year. They do make it enticing. Trust me its not worth the headache.

No. Service can die tomorrow and you'll be out €100
