IPTV Smarters Pro works on all platforms but on fire stick you will need to download it through downloader
For Apple use GSE and for android run tivimate. In my opinion tivi is the best IPTV app out there.
Im using iprotv for iphone, ipad and apple tv and it sync everything between my devices and i love it, someone tell me that the app will be available in the mac, if so this will be the best app everywhere !

IPTVX is amazing across AppleTV, iPhone and iPad. Not sure on Firestick
GSE is the best on Apple ATM. Tivimate for FS.
I use TiviMate on my 4k firestick and Xtream IPTV Player on my Ipad...
Unfortunately there isn't any such animal that works cross platform from iOS to Android. GSE will work for M3U/API servers on both but does not share favourites between the two that I know of.
