Would anyone know if it is possible to change the audio track on an M3U IPTV stream in Perfect Player?

Load the channel you want to change the audio on.
Long press and hold on the channel, click Main Menu. Then click on the icon with the wrench (4th icon from the left). This will bring up the channel options.
