My provider gave me a username + password + link. It works great on my Buzz TV box, but I can't find an app on my MacBook which uses this format.

Get GSE IPTV. You can use it on both Mac OS/iOS. It’s free tho the $5 pro upgrade is worth it

This is type of Xtream code. So, you can use XCIPTV player, GSE iptv player or lXtream player etc by using xstream code type login
