You have to contact your provider or transfer the file as xtrem codes and enter it in iptv smarters app
chances are your player can already play an mp4 file, so all you'd need to do is add the file into your playlist.
so if you follow the normal m3u format and add in the mp4 file it will be available to play.
something like this added to your .m3u file will allow you to play it. If you want to make an actual m3u8 index file along with the associated .ts files, go over to /r/ffmpeg and ask there. It's more complicated, but doable.
