I’ve been having trouble with beast for 2 weeks now, no EPG, no one is responding to tickets, their smarts link is dead. Any one know what’s going on?

I’m new to this, did it use to be better? No matter what service, there is always buffering every 5 to 15 minutes for 5 to 10 seconds.
