I'm using the below iPhone to HDMI cable but can't get full screen. Is this even possible? I've tried with Smarters and what's on the TV is just a bigger version on what's on the iPhone. I try GSE and I hear the audio but don't see anything on the TV even though it says it's being played on another device. Anyone successfully get IPTV video to play in full screen from iPhone to TV?

Try using Xtream IPTV app
I think that using hdmi is the same thing as airplay support: the app should use the native player to have full screen on tv. I use iProTv in iphone and it have an option to use the native player and i works for me, but be aware that this will not work with all video formats as native player can’t read all video formats.

Buy a Chromecast. Install this. https://apps.apple.com/us/app/google-home/id680819774 Works over your WiFi. You can also buy a ethernet adapter and connect you chrome cast to it. Videos on YouTube.
Only iptv app I have found so far that cast great with android is IPTV Extreme, check if there is a IOS version?
