I will briefly explain my case. it turns out that my father, my cousin and I hired an iptv service. everything worked perfect until 1 week ago, when all tv shows started to suffer from buffering. I don't understand why this problem only occurs to my cousin and my father, it doesn't happen to me. To be specific, all three of us have the same internet service (ISP) and they both live less than 1KM from my home. in fact I live in the middle of the road between the two. That problem does not happen to me. actually I can watch the shows fluently. but in fact they used that IPTV service much more than I did. because I just don't really like watching television. what can be what happens? Both are able to see the iptv fluently if instead of using your wifi or ethernet cable they use their mobile data. I don't understand what the real problem is here? I recently installed a vpn, (IPVANISH) and nothing changed, there is still buffering. Use XCIPTV, TIVIMATE ... Another thing, they both have the same television (Hisense) but this problem also happens to them on their cell phones and on all their devices connected to their internet. the only way to get rid of it is by using their mobile data
Ask them to disconnect the modem & router from power for 5 full minutes and plug back in. Then go to app and force close and clear cache (all in that order). Try and start process of elimination
