I have the cricket core (8mbps download cap) and my IPTV services stream without issue on my phone.
It depends on the bitrate. There are bitrate calculators. search ‘mbps to Gb per hour. This assumes you know the bitrate of the stream you are pulling. Without knowing the bitrate of the steam it’s extremely difficult to give an accurate estimate.
