I already sent a msg to the people running the app, but I was wondering if I’m the only one who gets forced closed captioning now? It’s the weirdest thing, it started a few days ago. Every channel gets CC’s and I can’t seem to turn them off...
Also seen this on my provider occasionally
Who is capturing the stream probaly has it switched on with their equipment they would need to turn it off
I do not have closed captioning showing. I used Duplex Play just this morning.

I have the same issue, the weirdest issue. Can't turn of the CC. I emailed Duplex TV. They were very rude. I contacted my provider, they proved to me it's not the source. I'm. thinking about changing the app...
