Can you all give me the pros and cons for these boxes or recommend the best android box for 4K/1080P IPTV viewing using STBEMU app?
Not looking for Nvidia shield as its very expensive.

Get the Xiaomi tv box S. It literally has the same google o/s as the shield. I have both and cannot tell the difference between the 2. Even at 4K 79gb files. Not problems
Then spend $40 and get a firestick.
Just buy a shield and install Tivimate

If you buy option 1, go to Amazon and get the AGT419 instead. Newer with better hardware.
If you can't get a Shield get a Tivo 4K Stream.
I have a Shield, 4k Firesticks, GoogleTV, and a Dynalink. GoogleTV and the shield are my daily drivers, but I really like the Dynalink. The remote, UI, and playstore are all better than the GTV and I also get better 5G with the dynalink. If it wasnt for a small audio bug (i have an external monitor with the stick plugged into the back and audio from monitor into a headphone amp and out to phones-audio is staticky last time i tried it), I would use it over my GTV.

I was debating with Shield and Chromecast with Google TV, decided on google TV and it has really worked well for me. No question overall Shield is a better device, but for my usecase, Google TV did all I wanted for 1/2 of the price !
If you are using STBEMU app for watching IPTV, just find something cheap...

I have a Firestick 4K for watching IPTV and I use STBEmu (as I love the oldskool look) and that's fine for me. But in the rare instance I want to record, I use Tivimate and a USB stick via an OTG cable and jobs a good un!
For around $50, H96 Max Ultra S905X4 - X4, not older X3 or X2.
Chromecast with google TV is hands down the best sub $50 device you are gonna get imo
Chromecast Ultra is the cheapest good solution, NVIDIA Shield is the best one.
If you plan to watch broadcast TV with studio quality, the Shield is the only perfect player, Chromecast is not far off - if you can live with 1-2 lost frames each second or two.

I see chromecast with google tv being favored mostly. How is it when compared to Tivo stream 4K?
H96 MAX X3 is very good for everything except paid subs like netflix.amazon etc and very cheap. Throw at it an STB EMU and enjoy iptv , with a vpn app if you like. The same stands for my Mecool KM2 that is google certified for Netflix , amazon etc. It is also very cheap.
I have to say shield. Best streaming device I ever owned!
