These hackers are fucking assholes. There really isn't a lot of options out there for cable cutters and they're fucking ruining it for everyone because of their nero, Greedy thinking.
Congratulations, you fucked everyone over.

It's working now but the website is still down.
Cant cancel or change payment method if website is down.
And its down again.
It has been up and down all day 401, 403, error, then run perfect for awhile then rinse and repeat.
As the title says, give them time to sort...
Mine started working
WHMCS running Smarters IPTV Billing Module seems to be the common denominator in all of these services becoming hacked.
Working for me on smart iptv but not the app. Haven't tried vlc but if m3u is working on smart, I'm going to assume it's working on vlc.
Working for me right now. Hadn't tried since Sunday morning.
welp, let wait and see what happens

Has anyone been able to access their website to cancel?
I just got an invoice for the next payment- also looks like they might be trying to add more security to the website?
Sad day, the one time I wanted to use my IPTV lol
Website back up, with an update message.
The site has a new maintenance message from Sapphire Admins.
What I've said on torrentfreak for a while now has come to pass. Heavy advertisers on Reddit, like this one, painted a target on their back and got burned. There is something to be said for unnecessary business risks, be it money focus or sloppy security, which heavy advertisers tend to have. The community here and elsewhere on Reddit now knows the IPTV outlets have to stop spamming or risk getting attacked by hackers. My guess here is this is a white hat working for ACE, not a competitor. The pattern of attack has shut down hard the resellers that used to advertise here, which has helped clean up this forum.
Sapphire "secure" you say? It's too bad there's no real way for buyers of these services to do any real due diligence or research any more. Also not sure I actually believe this. Either the owners are claiming that they were hacked and being blackmailed for bitcoin (you know, cause there's no way to actually know, and it won't be long before the providers start asking for crypto "donations" so that they can pay the hackers ) or most of the providers have the worst site security ever and every person that isn't using throw away emails and paying with crypto are at very high risk. I'm really not sure what's worse.
We have seen multiple services "get hacked" recently and it's only going to become more prevalent, for either of the reasons listed above. I would suggest that anyone not using throw away emails and not paying in crypto start doing so. And a VPN to log into everything with, because tracing IP addresses is easier than most people understand and crypto transactions can be tracked.
On super bowl Sunday...how aweful!
