I gave up on my Vizio "smart tv" and got an android tv box like this https://amzn.to/3jTzSWf . Google approved and works with all streaming services, including Netflix and Hulu.
Then installed this from play store: IPTV - Apps on Google Play
Best decision I made in 2020.
