As long as your IPTV service is not IP locked, then yes you can take it anywhere you want

You can try it, if it doesnt work then ask your reseller to reset the ip address

My provider stats that it must be me or my house hold that uses the 3 connections i buy, but seeing as they don't see my IP, i guess you could get away with it. just not sure about other providers

Some portals restrict your access to a specific internet provider, and if you switch you may need reauthorisation..

update: to the idiots who downvote accurate information you may want to have your facts checked.. I changed providers (isp) and I got the "you are not authorised to enter this portal" authentication failed message.. I had to call them to have it fixed, so don't spread misinformation..
