Weird remote issue

Hey everyone,

I cannot for the life of me figure out what is wrong. I can turn on and off my IPTV and that is it. I can press select on any apps or control anything on the actually IPTV. The remote actually still works my TV to, which is making it more weird. Red light goes on at top when using it.

Its like i just cannot control the IPTV programs.

What device?
What IPTV streaming app? (not service)

might be a coding error. did it work fine and then start acting up? or has it always been like that since getting IPTV? your provider might be compatible with your device? is your portal HTTPS? older devices wont work with that
