It sounds like you want to install an app inside an app?
Tivimate is an Android app so you can't use it in kodi. If you want to use IPTV with kodi, your option is to get a provider that still offers kodi addons (most don't anymore) or use the kodi built-in "IPTV Simple client".

You will need an m3u playlist from your iptv provider to use with it.
Are u wanting to attatch a menu shortcut to the android app into your kodi build ??
Yes its possible if so..
tivimate is an android app. It isn't possible to install android apps on kodi. kodi does support 3rd party addons which you can install from either the kodi UI or terminal. tivimate or smarters are not amongst these 3rd party addons that can be installed. you can't install tivimate on linux unless you install android on a virtual machine. I hope this helps clear things up for you. feel free to ask if you have any questions
You can you just need to add it as a widget and send Tivimate to your favourite. I did it on diggz build
I think Tivimate is only available for Android... Not Linux.
And no it is not a Kodi Addon so there is no way to install it to Kodi.
But kodi does have it's own IPTV system built in... It sucks and slows down your Kodi Startup if you have a provider with a lot of channels and groups, But it will get your IPTV service into Kodi.
You will need to install, enable and configure Simple IPTV DVR available in the Kodi Repo.
K19 has supposedly improved IPTV but since I have Android and Tivimate I could not tell you if it is improved enough and I doubt highly it's as good as Tivimate even if it was.
