So I switched iptv servers and it has 4k movies on it, no hdr though but not bad. It buffers a lot on the 4k movies, everything else is normal, and we have 500 megabit per second internet connection. What can I do? Might it have something to do with the iptv box? Or do I need faster Internet?
Try using ethernet cable instead of wifi, but yea it could be the provider can't give it to you fast enough
Sounds like either your device or provider is the issue.
Try pausing a video for a while to allow it to cache, then play
And what device are u using?
Just ranting ... I have been hopping providers! many have 5,000 channels, 10,000, 15,000 but I can not get most to stream a good football match without buffering! I wish providers focused more on quality as opposed to so many channels!

Does your device and tv support 4k?
This is what i would try: try a diff device if available, try a different player (VLC or MX), try a vpn. All you need is a steady 30Mbps-50Mpbs connection to the server to stream 4K and apparently you are not getting it either from your isp or from their server
