m3u4u is a good one and free

I use IPTV Editor I think it was $18 USD for the year; it handles international channels, and custom m3u links, as well as your own Xtreme Code login. You can also delete groups and channels, m3u4u only hides them.

That last part was important to me because I use xTeve along with Plex.

You can also request EPG for channels if they don't have it, they assisted me in putting Peruvian channels there.

My my use case, m3u4u was too basic and underwhelming.

I never understood M3u4u.

I use xtream-editor and i like it.
