Tivo Stream 4K or the new 2021 Chromecast with Google TV for the budget person.... Shield Pro for the best. Amazon Firecube mid range.
the best tv's for that are samsung and lg. then the android box of 4gb ram are very good too, especially tanix one's (nvidia too. but it's too much expensive). if you want to know more, just ask me. ;)
