If you are on Windows, check out my app: Best Player (MS Store). You can hide/exclude group(s) or export a group or multiple groups to another (current or new) playlist. [tracklist -> right click on the playlist/group selection-box]
IMPLAYER allows you to customize your list. You can delete channels or groups.
Thanks. Hiding groups and channels is also available in IPTVX. The problem is this is VERY time consuming from my AppleTV. If I use a different device I must do this all over again. Or if something happens, I must redo the configuration.
GSE IPTV (iOS) let’s you hide channels so if you have an iPad this may be what you’re looking for
With tivimate you can create groups and copy/move channels around between playlists and groups, hide channels and groups too.
